This acquisition marks a significant milestone in Redmoor Health’s long-term strategy to deliver an end-to-end support service for GP practices, Primary Care Networks (PCNs), and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs). The Well Led Practice brings a wealth of expertise in leadership and workforce development, alongside proven tools and workshops designed to boost organisational effectiveness and team dynamics.
The Well Led Practice’s offerings, including digital diagnostic tools, evidence-based guidance, and tailored workshops, perfectly complement Redmoor Health’s existing suite of services. Together, the two organisations will enable GP practices and PCNs to achieve transformational change by leveraging technology to improve sustainability, resilience and efficiency while fostering better outcomes and enhancing staff well-being and retention. Clare also takes up the role as Redmoor’s CMO (Chief Medical Officer).
