Marc Schmid

Marc Schmid

Managing Director

Marc Schmid is an experienced senior manager in both the NHS and local government as a former Head of Communications and Marketing and Head of Corporate Services. He has been responsible for the deployment of digital first programmes across local government and the NHS as well as a range of other exciting digital programmes including remote consultations in primary care and social care, development of clinical networks using social media to engage with patients, digitisation of Lloyd George notes and the rollout of a national programme of digital training for nurses. Marc was also one of the creators of Redmoor Communications CIC and provides digital training and support for not for profit organisations and support to get long term unemployed young people into work.


Richard Stoddart

Business Director

Richard is a skilled and experienced project manager and manages our project management teams. We provide project management support for a range of technology programmes across the NHS including the GPFV online consultation programme, deployment of digital image sharing, Docman, digitisation of Lloyd George papers and the deployment of GP retention programmes.


Anna Buckle

Digital Advisor

Anna manages our marketing and engagement programmes organising training workshops and practice events. She has also been working with nurses across the country supporting them to understand how using technology can support them to manage their health. Anna is also skilled at creating video patient and clinician stories to bring to life the amazing work being done with technology across the NHS.


Cameron Booth

Digital Advisor

Cameron is also part of our engagement team and helps deliver digital training and support to GPs, nurses and practice admin teams. Cameron also manages our video consultation programmes where we have seen the successful use of video connecting GPs to care homes and other clinical teams such as dementia teams to care homes and hospices. Cameron is also supporting GP retention programmes where we are using remote consultations to increase capacity in primary care.


Dr Matt Orr – Medical Advisor

Medical Advisor

Dr Orr is an experienced GP and former GP IT lead. He works with us on a range of programmes providing clinical assurance and expertise on clinical governance. The programmes include online consultation, video consultation, remote monitoring and the use of artificial intelligence in a clinical environment.


Lisa Drake


Lisa is an experienced manager with over 15 years knowledge in the NHS; in Acute hospital, Community settings, Commissioning for whole populations and latterly managing in General Practice. She has developed a broad understanding of the whole health system which is where Primary Care needs to sit - at the heart of healthcare. Helping practices to work at scale and in networks should enable staff to work to their strengths, rather than duplicate effort in separate businesses. Lisa uses the opportunity for Digital solutions to help to deliver this system change. She can help by using collaborative tools, offering advice of different types of services and using new communication methods.


Lucie Higham

Training Consultant

Lucie is an experienced trainer and PR professional and manages our social media training programmes with practice teams. Lucie is also a key part of our social enterprise programme through Redmoor Communications and delivers additional pro-bono work supporting not for profit organisations to use technology. Lucie is also a former journalist who supports organisations to generate publicity for the work they are doing.


Paula Wheeler BA (Hons) MRES Health Research and Community


Paula is an experienced, future focused and connected networker with more than 25 years experience across the public sector. She has extensive experience of leading collaborative programmes across the health and care system and has strong strategic relationship building skills to deliver positive outcomes. Paula is a keen advocate for translating research into practice for health professionals, and enjoys working in multi-functional teams, across organisational boundaries. She is an influential motivator, and adopts a think/do approach to projects. Paula is interested in 5th Wave theories to lead the movement of innovation and future vision for public health, and is a digital health champion for all.


Mike Parker


Is founder and Managing Director of a public health consultancy, Progress Health Partnerships Ltd who we work closely with. They Support public, private and voluntary sector organisations in researching, planning, developing, implementing and evaluating public health related activity. Recent clients have included NHS England, Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership, GM Cancer Vanguard, Greater London Combined Authorities, City of London Corporation, Dorset County Council, London Boroughs including Bexley, Tower Hamlets and Hounslow, Wigan Athletic Community Trust, LFC Foundation, Derby County Community Trust, Aston Villa Foundation, Nike, Sporta, Sport England, National County Sports Partnership, Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS, Greater Sport and more.
