What a fantastic early Christmas present! Redmoor Health has been recognised for its work in supporting Primary Care to move towards a digital-first approach.
The Chorley-based health tech company has been shortlisted in two categories in this year’s HSJ Partnership Awards.
Redmoor is a finalist in the Primary Care Project of the Year and Best Consultancy Partnership categories for its work with NHS North Central London Integrated Care Board (NCL ICB) on the rollout of its innovative Digital Journey Planner (DJP),
The DJP is an online self-assessment tool for GP practices which embeds digital learning to give practices confidence and competence, enabling them to provide high-quality, safe online services that improve access and enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
The DJP is full of useful tools and resources for improvement, centralised into one place to make it simple for practices to make improvements on their digital journey.
Now in its 3rd year of development, it is used in over 20% of practices in England and is having a major impact on Primary Care, not just for staff but patients too!
Redmoor Health CEO, Matt Murphy said: “We are delighted that our work with the NHS and our innovative DJP is being recognised for the difference it is making to the patient care and experience. It is now being adopted across other areas of England, with 1600 practices now signed up.”
