Redmoor Health’s new Chief Financial Officer is looking forward to supporting owners Marc and Alison Schmid on the next stage of their company’s growth.
As CFO, Dan Hodges will work with the entrepreneurial couple and their teams to grow the business, strengthen processes and back-end support and build relationships with external advisors.
He will work closely with Palatine, who have invested significantly in the family-run business.

Dan Hodges is a commercial financial director with wide experience in both the US and the UK with listed businesses and start-up SMEs. Many have had a technical focus, but he has also worked in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), retail and distribution.
He trained at KPMG in Manchester, working with major clients such as Alliance Boots and TBWD and spent three and a half years at PZ Cussons, working on the integration of the Beauty Division.
Dan also set up commercial teams for Newell Rubbermaid, Bodycote and NCC Group PLC. He was previously Managing Director/ Finance Director for part of the fast-growing and acquisitive Tactus Group in the North.
Most recently, he successfully stepped up to become divisional MD of 70-person site business in Bradford with additional FD responsibility for three separate divisional businesses.
In his spare time, Dan enjoys football, music and is currently learning Italian.
